We enjoyed ourself being that it was our first time there what we ordered was very different but good please try the corn chowder, the maple bacon candied, and the tortellini I’ll say it was worth the experience also thanks for the good service I’ll be back

Tiburon has officially become our date night spot. We’ve gone on dates at other establishments that cost two times what Tiburon did. We both agree that the food here blows everywhere else we’ve had out of the water. The Wagyu was the best steak I’ve ever had and very well seasoned. My husband is not a big fan of scallops so when his seafood risotto came out he split the scallop with me. One bite of it and he was asking me to give it back to him. I’m from the beach and agree it was one of the best scallops I’ve had. We will definitely be back!

My partner in crime and I decided to celebrate V-Day in style, but I made the rookie mistake of underestimating just how popular this place is. I mean, who needs a month's notice to book a table, right? Wrong! By the time I got around to making a reservation, the only time slot available was 11:00 PM. Yes, you read that right – 11:00 PM! But then, like a Valentine's Day miracle, amazing Helen from the reservation team reached out to me with some incredible news: she'd managed to snag an earlier time slot for us at 9:30 PM! I mean, talk about a Valentine's Day hero! Now, onto the good stuff: the ambiance, the drinks, and the service. Let me tell you, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo delivers on all fronts! Ambiance: 5/5 (swanky, sophisticated, and romantic – what more could you ask for?) Drinks: 5/5 (craft cocktails that will make your taste buds do the tango) Service: 5/5 (Helen, you're the real MVP – thanks for saving our Valentine's Day!) Overall, I'd give 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo a solid 5/5 stars. It's the perfect spot to impress your significant other, celebrate a special occasion, or just treat yourself to a fancy night out. So, if you're looking for a Valentine's Day miracle of your own, be sure to book your table at 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo – and don't wait until the last minute, trust me on that one! Cheers, lovers!

Our server, Jennie, was amazing! She took great care of us, offered helpful advice on our orders, and helped us to celebrate a very exciting milestone in our lives. It was a little loud the night we went, but the atmosphere is more of a quiet area, it was just a specific party having a REALLY good time. THE FOOD! Amazing! We ordered the French bread and lobster cocktail from an appetizer. The tomato butter with the bread was so good! The cocktail was delicious. The cocktail sauce is similar to that of St. Elmo’s so it will clear your nasal cavity in a heartbeat, but still worth every tear lol The potato soup was subpar but the wedge salad was great with the Gorgonzola cheese. Our entrees were the wagyu flank and NY strip with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. My wagyu was seasoned to perfection. Both the wagyu and strip were tender and juicy.I loved that they served the potatoes with a heaping dollop of sour cream and the carrots had a nice kick to it. Lastly, the apple spiced cake was great! We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and espresso martini to chase it all down! We will DEFINITELY be back! So glad to have this restaurant in Fishers!

This was our first time visiting Salt. It was much more spacious inside than I thought it would be, yet still felt comfortable & warm due to having different seating areas vs one big open room. We really liked the lighting and the decor, there was music in the background that wasn’t too overwhelming yet still made it feel like a fun Friday night.  The ambiance alone makes me excited to dine there again. My daughter and I shared four appetizers and liked each one. Our favorite was the poke … beautiful presentation, and the rice underneath was addictive. The only preference I would have next time is no Sriracha mayo drizzled on it, instead just a little of that caramel soy they put under the rice. The calamari was nice and crunchy … it had good flavor on its own, but the dipping sauce was also good.  The spicy tuna roll was nice & fresh, lovely presentation. Our least favorite of the four were the dumplings. They were really good, but didn’t need to be served in the citrus chile sauce. Maybe just squeeze a bit of it over the dumplings versus filling the bottom of the dish with it? Every dish that went by us to other tables looked amazing.  Next time I’m excited to try the oysters Rockefeller and lamb lollipops, plus the skillet bread.
