- HharryVIPNew York City •23 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had lunch, with both of us having lamb chops as the main course. They started us with a light, tasty Italian bread with olive oil and butter available. The bread was so tasty I didn't bother with either. They also provided a small plate of hot peppers (yum), olives and cheese. A very nice start. We asked for our lamb chops medium rare and they were cooked perfectly, with a light, delicious sauce. They came with broccoli and potatoes but neither of us wanted the potatoes so one of us got extra broccoli and the other sauteed spinach. The broccoli was very good, well cooked but not so overcooked as to lose its crisp bite. The spinach was perfect, with just the right taste of garlic. For dessert, one of us has the mousse and the other tiramisu. The mousse was smooth and had the right dark chocolate flavor that we prefer. The tiramisu was unusually light, and had that great chocolate/espresso balance. Service was very attentive. We felt very taken care of. A great lunch!More infoIL Sorrento Italian RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Scarsdale•4.6
- LLARRYVIPNew York State •339 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe kitchen outdid itself last night. We had a stuffed artichoke, which was far and away better than any other we have had in recent memory—lots of garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, and other spices. The artichoke was large and yummy. This was a meal in itself. This was followed by their signature clams with linguine in white sauce. Lots of extra chopped clams along with half a dozen little necks. garlicky with parsley and accompanied with a glass of Sancerre. Mmm, good! The other pasta dish was penne with meatballs. A little extra sauce ( marinara and ground beef) made it extra special. We were so full and satiated that we had the staff box the unfinished portions to take home for a grandiose lunch in a day or two. This is a truly unbiased review as we have no connection to the owner except loving their food and returning often.More infoLenny’s Seafood and SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Larchmont•4.8
- EElenaNew York City •6 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoFood was good. Service experience was pretty good. Some dinner dishes left on the table even after dessert was served. They should have removed all plates before but didn’t notice that one large plate was left. Basic stuff.More infoTexas de Brazil - YonkersPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Yonkers•4.7
