The staff at Pamela ( Ellie, Carly and server Ruth) were outstanding in helping to set me up for success!! Food was outstanding and an awesome opportunity to showcase the Hotel Polaris and your beautiful decor for the holidays!! Had a wonderful time as always . We have been to Ruth’s Chris all over the USA. The service is just wonderful, each and every time. Tonight Moe really did her job outstandingly. She was funny and engaging, and made us feel right at home. She repeatedly visited us throughout the meal, to make sure we were doing well. And like clockwork she monitored and showed up right when we needed more tea, and remove dishes as necessary. Just a perfect experience. Thank you Moe!!!

Service was outstanding as usual, only reason I did not provide a 5 for food was because they overcooked my girlfriend’s filet. We both ordered the same cut at medium rare, hers was a thinner cut and was well done

CS is the best restaurant in Colorado Springs, without a doubt. Their service and food are top notch. Jason is an excellent server and pays attention above and beyond every time we're there. Beef seems to have decreased in quality the past few years, but not so at CS. Their steaks are always done to perfection, tender and delicious. We've never had a poor experience at CS.

Big plate with a lot of food not particularly well presented. The turkey was great…moist and excellent quality. The stuffing was okay… a little dry and no flavor of andouille sausage. Mashed potatoes, carrots, and green beans okay. Way too much garlic on everything. Great steak house that didn’t take Thanksgiving seriously. Best part of dinner was the waitress who was professional and prompt. Go to The Famous for a New York strip….not turkey day!
