Nick, our server was excellent. Melody and Stuart the managers were there to ensure all had a wonderful evening. The cuisine was delicious. Tuna tartar a little on the spicy side with a nice flavor profile. Shrimp and lollipop lamb chops were fantastic. We had two steaks and three fish entries for the table to share, all wonderful. The desserts were great as well. Well done Capital Grill!!
