Service was a bit slow at the beginning, we got there 10-15 before our reservation and felt we were forgotten for a bit, there were parties same side that were sat before we did, even though we were there much earlier than most. Tony our server was on point the whole night, the food was amazing, once we got our first drinks and water things got much better. Charlie’s is and has been always a favorite of mine. Not going to lie, usually the service is terrible but V-Day it was fantastic! The food came out super fast, and our waitress Raquel was super friendly and lovely! Would highly recommend her! The only upsetting part was they didn’t have the warm chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert! I tried one of the recommended specials, but it wasn’t to my liking. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t good, I just didn’t care for it. Should have gone with something tried and true. We all had smoked old fashioneds which were excellent. I would definitely go back. One thing, however. Reggiano’s is located in restaurant row in Celebration. There is no parking lot. We met the Manager, Scott who was the nicest, friendliest person who went above and beyond to make our dinner so very special. You see....we lost our precious daughter, Jenna 20 months ago. It was sudden and traumatic. The Boathouse and the Fillet Mignon sliders were here favorite. Her last birthday Orlando celebration in February 2023 was so special. We lost her suddenly in June 2023. We live on Long Island, we visit 3 to 4 times per year and T.J. has always taken care of us. Thank you to the staff at Tje Boathouse, T.J. and Scott for helping us through our grief at Jenna's favorite restaurant. You help to heal my heart!
