Best Steak Restaurants in Caesars Palace

We had a fantastic meal at the Las Vegas Peter Lugers. It is a beautiful restaurant. It brings back the feel of the original Peter Lugers in Brooklyn , where we have eaten many times. The dark wood and elegant lighting make you feel like you’ve stepped back into a more gracious time. The service was impeccable. Gee and Nigel were there to meet our every need. They were so personable and welcoming as well. The food was outstanding. The famous steak was cooked to perfection. It was a juicy medium rare. The seasoning was subtle but burst in your mouth. It was everything we remembered from Brooklyn, and more. The salmon was flaky and tender. We started with the tomatoes with Peter Luger sauce. You will never find such gorgeous huge tomatoes anywhere. And the sauce is so delicious and a unique blend of flavors. We also got the German fried potatoes and creamed spinach. Both were beautifully prepared. The whole meal was wonderful. We had dreamed of returning to Peter Lugers and now we definitely will again. A must visit in Vegas for sure.

Joe’s is the best restaurant in Las Vegas. The atmosphere is pleasant, classy fine dining (main dining room). More casual dining in the bar available as well. The menu is primarily steak and seafood, all of which is excellent. We greatly enjoyed the Dover sole and snapper. A side of fries was delicious too. We were tempted by the extensive list of pies and other desserts, but passed. The service staff is personable and professional, making for a most enjoyable dining experience. Though a little pricey, Joe’s is well worth a visit and we look forward to returning soon.

We ate at the Bar and it was a wonderful experience. Lindsey and Ryan were tremendous hosts (bar tenders). We felt like we were in their home as they engaged with us on so many levels. They were advisors on both food and drink, attentive to our needs, and they provided interesting conversation. The food was outstanding, too. We really enjoyed the Cremini Mushroom Pizzette and the Shaved Brussel Sprouts Salad.

What a fabulous place for a business meal! The Beef Wellington was delicious!! And the Sticky Toffee Pudding!! Wow!!

I wish to give a shout-out to our server, Tiffany. We were a party of 8. She was phenomenal, prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and just a real kind soul. At the end of our meal, we asked if she could divide the group into 4 separate couples checks. She did. Then we belatedly asked her if they offered a veteran's discount for 2 of us and she accomodated with a 10% discount. Then after I accidentally gave her my cc to pay, I went back to her to say that I erred as I meant to charge to my room. She again accommodated, always with a gracious smile. Now that is service!!! Our hats off to Tiffany!!. Thank you.
