Yellowtail Crudo was beautiful and a refreshing start to a wonderful meal, and Duck Pasta was perfectly prepared. Desserts, especially the flourless chocolate cake were standouts. Wife had the bone-in strip steak, which was huge and flavorful. Nice selection value wines. Will be back.More infoEssexPrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Lower East Side•4.5

- RRobertoNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe recently dined at Fushimi Williamsburg, and I’m still thinking about the incredible experience. The seaweed salad was a perfect start to the meal—refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully textured. It had just the right balance of savory umami with a slight tang, making each bite a delight. My wife ordered the Chilean Seabass and it was absolutely outstanding. It was perfectly cooked—flaky, tender, and moist, with a delicate buttery flavor that paired beautifully with the subtle seasoning. I had Dry-Aged Ribeye and it was a showstopper. It was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and beautifully pink on the inside, with a rich, beefy flavor that only comes from dry-aging. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the seasoning was spot-on. Overall, Fushimi Williamsburg delivered an unforgettable meal with impeccable flavors, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!More infoFushimi - WilliamsburgPrice: Expensive• French / Japanese• Williamsburg•4.7
