And you get exactly what you ask for - if you want "black and blue" (basically almost raw), or you order medium rare, that is exactly what get. Quality cannot be topped. The gin selection (over 300 different gins)...unbelievable. Which brings me to the service. Also can't be topped! Outstanding. You simply had to say what type of gin you like, they give a recommendation (or you can leave it to them to decide, based on what you like)...matched perfectly. And at every step, they go above and beyond to make your meal a magical experience. I cannot recommend them enough!
