- AAndrewLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024Delicious food and wonderful experience. It was quiet and not too crowded. I tried this place for the first time with my friends who came up from LA to celebrate the new year and their minds were blown from how good the food was. Miranda took good care of us throughout the night. I would especially recommend the croquetas de jamon, Waygu albondigas and Spanish octopus, and seared foie. The foie just melts in your mouth. We ordered both desserts - churros and crema congelada - and both were wonderful. Thanks for the great experience!More infoA Different BeastPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Spring Valley•5

- LLESLEYNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024We had a 5:30 reservation on Christmas Eve, were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated immediately. I haven't been to Vegas in over 30 years and was surprised to see how many fine restaurants are essentially in malls and casinos. Bazaar Mar is beautifully appointed, but I will admit, it took me a while to adjust to the fact that part of my view was of a shopping mall. That being said, our experience was superb. We opted for Jose's Creative Experience at $275 a head, and feel we made an excellent choice. Our waiter John was incredibly knowledgably and enthusiastic. Hubby's cocktail was smoked table side to start our culinary journey. Where to begin? I think there were 14 courses in all. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some highlights.... The Jamón Ibérico was like butter...salty, ham flavored butter! Also LOVED the tempura red snapper, the lobster salad, and the Anchoas Don Bocarte (which was essentially toast slathered with butter and whole anchovies) The pacing was perfect, start to finish we were there for 3 fantastic hours. It was an incredibly creative, memorable meal. Even at $275 a head, we felt we got incredible value. Bravo!!!More infoBazaar Mar Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• The Strip•4.6
