Best Southern American Restaurants in Yamacraw Village

We had another nice dinner at Vic's. Great service. I could eat that pear salad every day and be happy. Great crab cakes and for me the peach trio dessert is a must. Excellent service from Matthew. Oh and a nice Pinot Noir we hadn't tried before. We keep this place on our Savannah restaurant list and are never disappointed.

Lainey was an absolute delight, keeping our drinks flowing and making spot-on food recommendations that made the experience even better. Her warmth and attentiveness truly elevated the meal. We enjoy nice dinners out and we’re not looking for the standard River Street fare. This trip my kids came with us, so we had to consider their tastes as well. Repeal 33 was warm and inviting inside. The music was a fun mix of music that set the right tone. Our server was incredibly friendly, and the food sealed the deal. We had the schnitzel and the NY strip. That steak was memorable, and we talked about it for several nights. This was easily our best meal of the trip. The kids had burgers which looked great, and their fries reminded me just how good a fresh French fry can be. We also ordered the marrow washed bourbon old fashioneds. Overall a wonderful night that I plan on repeating next time we are in Savannah.

We had a lovely Christmas brunch at 22 Square today. The overworked staff stayed positive and friendly through a busy peak time, and the food was excellent. A comfortable casual environment for a daytime meal across from the Square. Thank you!
