- LLouisVIPLos Angeles •27 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was our first time dining in this establishment. I've always heard great things about Mastro's and was excited to try their steaks. Made reservation ahead of time. Our server, Sean, was fairly new, but he was friendly and described the dishes extremely well. We ordered half dozen oysters to start, followed by a chopped salad to share. For our Entrees, I went with their Porterhouse, medium rate, and wife ordered a Pan Seared Sea Bass. She thought the fish was somewhat dry, so we talked to our server, and he was happy to assist us to swap the dish to something else. We decided to get their Seared Scallops; which was more expensive, but tasted phenomenal. My steak was very well seasoned and cooked to the right temp. We also ordered their Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was a good portion to share. It was full of flavor and tasted very buttery. Overall, experience was very good, we also ordered a couple of drinks to go along with our meal. To finish our dinner, we also ordered their Espresso Mouse Cake. It was very sweet, but was a good compliment with coffee.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Costa Mesa•4.7
- DDarrellCalifornia Central Coast •24 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a wonderful and tasty meal of seven fishes with wine pairings. Each fish item was the freshest and tastiest I have had and we buy our home fish from Santa Monica Seafood which is excellent but not as good as O Sea! My wife and I also did the wine pairings and enjoyed each wine and was relieved that none were too large. I apologized to Mike that we have not visited O Sea since last Christmas! Our New Years Resolution is to visit more often! Maybe O Sea could have more fish themed dinners like the opening day of trout season in CA…the first Saturday in April.More infoO SEA | seafood for thoughtPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Orange•4.8

Great follow up, checked on us regularly and got us in and out in time for the holiday play. We were late for our reservation bc of traffic (helicopter accident at Camp Pendleton). Thank you Caleb! You deserve a raise.More infoWater Grill - South Coast PlazaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Costa Mesa•4.8
- KKelseyHawaii •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoManagement is TOP TIER! Party of 8, had an issue with our waiter (no need to put him on blast but good grief was he unprofessional and rude), we spoke to the manager who apologized AND switched our waiter immediately - she was SO professional and gave us exceptional service. We come here for special occasions and the customer recovery was very much appreciated. Thank you Orange Hill for acknowledging our issue and providing an immediate turn around. One thing to note, the expelled waiter returned to our table and made us uncomfortable by mentioning he had the table “taken from him”…we didn’t need to here from him and not sure why he felt the need to make that statement as we were already made aware, hence why we spoke with Management. Anywho, we will continue to return - delicious food and beautiful restaurant!More infoOrange Hill RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orange•4.6
