- MMichelleVIPCaribbean •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoStaff at Grace Bay Restaurants in general is horrible. They are all so rude from the moment you make the reservation on the phone because it says it’s all booked online….to the hostess. The server and Joel the bartender were very nice but the rest of the staff very rude and very idle. It took 38 minutes to sit and 1 hour to get our food. The only good thing in this place is the premises it is beautiful. But don’t expect good or friendly service.More infoInfiniti Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• Turks and Caicos•4.6

- OTOpenTable DinerWest Virginia •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoTook a long time (30+) minutes for someone to come and take our first order but everything was excellent after that. Very good food and pretty good service. If we’d been able to order sooner, I would give it a five. Good music!More infoCastaways Conch BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Turks and Caicos•3.9
- OTOpenTable DinerToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024Amazing experience with our waiter Joel. He loved telling us his stories of serving for famous people like Drake, Leonardo DiCaprio and Serena Williams. The food was amazing, steaks were tender, oxtail buns are to kill for, lobster pasta was delicious. Most interesting thing we learned from Joel was about the thriving Filipino community in TCI following their passion in the services industry while enjoying tax free employment and the Phlippine-like weather on this island. Unfortunately for Grace Bay, Joel claims the Philippines still has the best beaches in the world with Grave Bay being #2.More infoPelican Bay Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Turks and Caicos•4.4
- AArlanaVIPCalgary / Southern Alberta •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024We had a wonderful meal for all 8 of us at Blue Water Bistro. You walk through this beautiful hotel lobby area and by the pool to get through the restaurant and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were greeted by very friendly hosts and our waiter Marco was attentive and extremely good at his job. All the employees helped each other out, clearing our dirty dishes and glasses when done and filling our waters and wine glasses when almost empty. Food was excellent as well, only the octopus appetizer was disappointing as it was chewy and over cooked. Other than that we all cleared our main entree plates and they even brought out a Birthday treat for my father in laws birthday and sang to him. It was a wonderful night and lovely ambience. Would go back anytime!More infoBlue Water BistroPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Turks and Caicos•4.7
