The ambience was stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly and professional. We had an incredible experience at Maximes From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the beef tartare, the burrata, the sea bass was a perfect blend of flavor. The dessert menu was equally impressive, with the tiramisu being a true standout. The attention to detail, both in the service and the food, was truly top-notch. This is easily one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Our server/bartender Driss Amir was outstanding D’j was Incredible Highly recommended!"

I met with a friend for happy hour. We ordered 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio and a couple of beers, the mussel too which this time unfortunately were a bit too garlicky and chewy. We also had the fried haddock bites which was pretty good as well as the salmon tartare- a bit pricey for the amount as there was more avocado than actual salmon. Overall the experience was good and we will be back to try some other dishes.
