Many of the public facing staff have been there for years, if not decades. The brunch is solid and fairly priced for the market. The coffee and champagne were excellent. The seafood omelette was more than my wife could eat. The fried catfish meal changed: it now just comes with a large pile of fries rather than poached eggs and home fries. It turned out to be 4 inches. ;) We had a reservation and were the only guests. They stayed open for us and were so gracious! No one hurried us, in fact they took time to chat about several things. Even though they were closing as soon as we left! The food was very delicious - all the things we ordered.
