Our waiter was nice enough but presumably spread too thin because we didn’t see him often. When we were like 40 mins into waiting for mains he came up and asked if we were waiting for mains.. not sure what else we would be doing there for that long haha. Wine, Oysters, Calamari, Pork belly with a final Rock Lobster main… well done to all involved. A intimate evening where the Standards were kept very high all the way through to the powder rooms.
