Our waiter was professional, helpful and fun. (Even humored me by laughing at my jokes) Not one complaint about anything we ordered. Everyone from the moment we checked in and were seated, to our waiter, to the hands on owners left us feeling appreciated. We started with the grilled octopus which is served with grilled beets and goat cheese. It is a wonderful blend of flavors. My husband had blackened grouper and I had the dorado. Both were excellent. Our server Charla was a joy as usual! She checks with you to be sure you are ok but is not overly attentive. You get to enjoy your meal! I highly recommend Fin Bistro. I loved the clam chowder soup and my hogfish was wonderful. The restaurant was not busy so it’s hard to comment on the experience if it was a full night.
