- PPhileciaCharlotte •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAmen Street Fish and Raw Bar is a delightful restaurant! We were in town with my mother in law for the weekend and found Amen on Google. After reading the reviews were knew we had to eat here. The decor is welcoming and warm and the noise level is just right. I never felt like I had to yell or repeat myself with my companions. We started dinner with an order of Hush Puppies and the Date Salad for the table and I had the She Crab Soup. We all agreed that the Hush Puppies were the best we've ever had! The date salad with the arugula and goat cheese and dates, delicious!! If you love She Crab Soup ORDER THIS ONE!! It was so good with lumps of crab meat and you could taste the sherry in it. For our mains we ordered Bourbon Glazed Salmon Filet, New Bedford Sea Scallops with a crab cake on the side, and an order of Grilled Salmon, Broccolini, and a side of Creamed Corn. Everything was out of this world delicious!! I would go back just for the creamed corn alone! Bottom line, if you're in Charleston or planning to go to Charleston and haven't decided where to eat yet, look no farther than AMEN STREET FISH AND RAW BAR. We will definitely be back!!!More infoAmen Street Fish + Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.7
