- IIsabelSt. Louis •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst of all, this is our second time to dine here. I rather forget the first time we ate at this place, because of circumstances. But this time around, it was excellent all around. We do not mind paying the price because it is Christmas after all. I did not get the name of our server but he was excellent. I asked my risotto rice not have that half cooked rice which is prevalent on some "healthy" restaurants, he said their risotto rice will be really cooked and delicious. And it was...My lobster tails were excellent too...everything are really good. Our server wasn't obstrusive at all. He just passed by once to check if everything is OK. I asked my husband if I can take care of giving him a good tip.More infoJ. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood - West County CenterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Des Peres•4.7
- JJodyVIPSt. Louis •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a wonderful experience at Bristol on Christmas! Yes, it was packed and it took a bit a bit to be seated. We were told they had 500 reservations! Yes, the entrees took about an hour to be served, but that was to expected. Our waitress was divine...telling us right away that entrees were taking a long time to come out of the kitchen. Her initials are AJ D. She checked in often and kept us happy. I always think the best servers keep patrons aware of delays, etc. Our food was delicious from our first course of soup, shrimp gumbo for my DH and their lobster bisque for me. DH had the lamb for his entree and pronounced it perfect. I had the 6oz filet mignon which was also perfect. We loved our sides as well. The prix fixed menu included dessert. The carrot cake and DH had the chocolate dessert. We left very happy! Im so very grateful that Bristol was open Christmas Day. Very few places are open, but where would we go for a nice experience and meal if Bristol was closed as most were? Thank you Bristol for being open, thank you for taking reservations and thank you for a lovely experience!More infoBristol Seafood Grill - Creve CoeurPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Creve Coeur•4.6

- LLynneSt. Louis •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoEric was a great server - he took care of us well. I had the salmon, grilled. My wife had the sea bass - it was delicious! We're not big on orzo as a side, so we split a generous serving of mashed potatoes. We laughed about broccoli being the "seasonal" vegetable in late December. I guess it's seasonal somewhere! We were surprised there wasn't bread on the table. No dessert - too full.More infoLandry's Seafood House - St LouisPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown St. Louis•4.3
