The hostess staff was very friendly and sat us promptly. Our server was Sidney and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pull-apart bread was delicious and the wagyu meatballs were great. We had the Caesar and dell salads. Both were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the 16 oz prime ribeyes. Flavor was great but my “medium” came out mostly medium rare. I couldn’t really eat it. Manager comped dessert for us but never came to the table. Was very disappointed that such a premiere steakhouse couldn’t get my steak temp right. $60 steaks should be perfect every time. Alex is an amazing server. He really took care of us. He made aolid suggestions and was timely and professional. This is our third time here, and the food was exceptional as usual. The halibut is amazing. Cooked perfectly! The seafood soup was flavorful! And I cannot say enough about the lobster risotto with scallops!!! On New Years Eve, we had the sea bass experience, and it was an experience. We also had the seafood salad and ceviche. OMG!!! Everything was awesome! Sea Grill is the perfect date night spot. Top notch experience!

We came here for valentines day, and it was a really great experience! I highly recommend a reservation in advance to make sure you get a table at a good time. It was pretty crowded, and we waited for our reserved table for a couple of minutes, but it did not take long at all. The server we had was very attentive and knowledgeable about drinks and the menu. We both ultimately did the treatment with all seafood including both cooked and raw, but they can cater it based on needs, allergies, etc. Typically you can get 6-8 dishes, and we got 7 in all, so we were definitely full. The food was delicious, and our favorite the seared tuna! Highly recommend this place for special dates, dinners, or even a solo self care daye for yourself. It'll be a treat!

I recently dined at STIR Charlotte, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Noelle, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our evening even more enjoyable. We went on Valentine’s Day! The ambiance was trendy yet casual. We kicked off our meal with the Oysters Rockefeller, which were a perfect blend of flavors and a delightful start. For my main course, I chose the Halibut Piccata, and it was simply divine! The white wine, butter, capers, and farro paired beautifully with the roasted vegetables. My hubby ordered the Filet & House Goat Cheese Ravioli, and he couldn’t stop raving about the tender filet and the delicious pecan pesto. To top it all off, we enjoyed some amazing cocktails. My husband loved the Stir Old Fashioned and Whiskey Bramble, while I savored the Slack-Jawed Jezebel and Elderflower Sour—both were outstanding! Everything was exceptional—food, service, and cocktails. I wholeheartedly give STIR Charlotte a 5 out of 5! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
