Best Seafood Restaurants in American Canyon

My husband and I went to Scala to enjoy our 7 year anniversary and they really went above and beyond to make it special. Greeted with champagne and a card. The cocktails were great, the food was delicious and came out ripping hot. And they treated us to a vanilla gelato for our anniversary.

Christmas prix fixe menu was just delicious and a good value. Service was efficient and attentive for a bustling night. The only downside- cold in the restaurant. Had to keep my coat on, many diners as well. Lobster Bisque is delicious, the Crab and Artichoke dip very tasty. Entrees were great- PrimeRib, Surf and Turf, tender and well seasoned Swordfish. We would go again and probably will next year.

Even with reservation, had to wait 20 minutes for table.

Dining and service was wonderful. However, I called ahead and was given instructions as to how and where to enter. My only criticism is the handicap accessible. I have ALS and I’m in a wheelchair. At the street level the lift was not working and had to go up through the garage. Although the lift in the restaurant is helpful, it would have been more accessible to be seated at the same level as the restroom. Just a thought.

Our server was great. Regrettably, I do not recall her name. She was very welcoming. She allowed us to take our time to order. But after we ordered, our food came quickly.
