- NneilLondon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoNew pub to village. Food is proper home+ comfort food. Having a great live singer on a Saturday makes a difference and tbh, decent pubs with decent food and people are a rarity nowadaysMore infoAxe & CompassesPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Buntingford•4.6
- JJulieHertfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Fox is an a la carte restaurant in the evenings. We didn’t realise and there wasn’t too much for my friend to eat. The waiting staff asked the manager if we could order off of the lunchtime menu, which she did. The food was delicious, especially the Hispi cabbage and the chocolate mousse dessert! It was busy but well staffed so service was adequate. The ambience was also lovely. Would thoroughly recommendMore infoThe Fox at WillianPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Letchworth•4.4

- AAlan TuffnellHertfordshire •4 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoThe dining is nicely set out but in mid-December lunchtime was positively cold. The service was welcoming and friendly . The food was excellent if a little limited if you don't like pizza. The wait for the food was unacceptable at lunchtime with only I think five tables occupied.More infoThe CricketersPrice: Moderate• Pub• Hitchin•4.3
- HHelenWarwickshire •1 review4.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024The service was excellent. The pub was a little chilly. Had a toasted sandwich which I felt had been deep fried rather than toasted and was a little greasy. The portion size was generous.More infoThe Boot InnPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Leighton Buzzard•4.3
