- RRaulVIPChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoDinner was spectacular. Antipasti dish (calamari) seemed small for an appetizer considering the price, so price and value didn’t match. Steak was excellent which uses and old Roman recipe and was incredible. Tagliatelle was great tasting- could have been better mixed when arrived. Pizza was excellentMore infoil CarciofoPrice: Expensive• Italian• West Loop•4.7
- CCynthiaChicago / Illinois •20 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was amazing and the service was great! It did feel like we were at a Cooper's Hawk, though, and not an Italian restaurant. Another thing that was similar to a past Cooper's Hawk experience was that we had to wait 15 minutes with a reservation. The restaurant was fairly empty at 4:00 pm and the hostess told us they're just clearing our table when we checked in right at our reservation time, but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Not really a big deal, but it's not a pleasant experience when you had a time reserved and you're waiting fairly long to finally be seated. We had the Pasta Fagioli, which was fantastic, and the short rib papardelle and rigatoni alla vodka, both of which were soooo good and light. It didn't feel heavy like normal when eating pasta. The chocolate hazelnut cake and gelato trio was also delicious! Our server, Robert R., was friendly and helpful! He didn't rush us at all and was honest and knowledgeable. The restaurant is in the Oak Brook Mall area, so parking can be a challenge.More infoPiccolo Buco - Oak Brook, ILPrice: Moderate• Italian• Oakbrook Terrace•4.6

- CchrisChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Went for Christmas Eve. First time ever dining there. Menu was great. Appetizers were excellent. Great baked clams and the best fried calamari and shrimp with spectacular cocktail sauce. Margarita pizza was perfect. Strongly recommend the Zuppa do pesce. Sauce a bit of the thicker side than what I’m used to. But great flavor and generous amount of seafood. Excellent cannoli and gelato too. Our server was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back to try more entrees.More infoLucia RosePrice: Expensive• Italian• Addison•4.7
- HHollyVIPChicago / Illinois •23 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 8, 2024This was our first visit to Mangia Napoli, but it won’t be our last. The restaurant is really cute, the food is great, and the service was outstanding! The portions were huge, and the prices are reasonable. We definitely had plenty of leftovers! We needed to be out within a certain amount of time, and they took care of us beautifully! The section of the restaurant in which we sat was not too loud, but not so quiet that you felt strange. It was definitely louder in the bar area, so if that is a concern, sit in the restaurant section. I highly recommend Mangia Napoli!More infoMangia NapoliPrice: Moderate• Italian• Elmhurst•4.8
