- RRyanVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoNobu was amazing. My wife had the black cod with miso and I had the ketchup ng salmon with jalapeno dressing. Both were excellent. We had a few sushi rolls that were phenomenal as well! Always love the experience at Nobu. Unfortunately we were sitting right under a speaker so the music was a bit loud, but other than that, it was great!More infoNobu - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.6

As were the oysters and Nobu sauces that accented the oysters! And most incredible dessert, white chocolate pot de crème that tasted like the beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms if you would imagine eating one!!More infoNobu Las Vegas at Virgin HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Las Vegas•4.7
