Best Oyster Bars in Ft. Lauderdale

Food was okay, vegetable sides were okay, could have been better

Did was excellent. Service was great. Would definitely go again

My wife and I had our most interesting, and fun, dining experiences of our life this evening at Spotos. We sat at the bar and were able to watch them making all the oyster and shrimp dishes and all the sushi - the people preparing these meals were friendly and highly skilled. Our waitress, all the waite staff, we interacted with attentive, were cheerful and very helpful (honestly, you don’t always see that these days). We were able to meet someone, Brent, was his name I think, that our waitress told us was the chef/owner - he was friendly and helpful as well. He was running a great establishment - I would suggest that if you are within 100 miles of this restaurant stop in and experience it for yourself.

Open Table cancelled our reservation, it was my daughter’s Birthday dinner. Eddie V’s made it right! They sat us in a private room & decorated it for her Birthday. They brought us a free appetizer. Our meal was wonderful as always. Then, they brought us multiple free desserts. Service was impeccable. What could have been a disaster was an amazing dinner. Thank you Eddie V!!!

Our waiter was awesome, very attentive and made some nice suggestions the Hamachi Crudo appetizer and the oysters were above and beyond delicious. My bone in New York strip was perfect.
