San Carlo Osteria Piemonte is an absolute gem serving so many traditional dishes from the region. Had I not waited on line behind 6 ppl to use the one bathroom I would have been there when my entree arrived. Without asking the server spoke to the manager & had the steak removed which was very thoughtful, however I would have preferred to eat my entree with my partner since it was our anniversary.
