Our wine choice sold out, and they went out of their way to find something else suitable, to the extent of picking it up from a different venue. Highly recommended. A special shout out to Parker, who kept an eye on everything and really made us feel special. It surely cannot be long before he runs the hotel, if they manage to hold on to him that is.
