- AAnsleyNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOur server Grace D was phenomenal. Her honesty in suggesting an app over a main dish based on the portion size and similar flavors was already a great start. From the minute we got our apps to main dishes, there was no gap in how efficient the staff was. We practically didn’t have to wait for the food once it started coming. The flavors were great. I highly recommend the MAKANEK as starter. It wasn’t what I had expected, but it’s already going to be must when we come again. At the end of the meal, she surprised us with a small treat, making the entire experience great. I hope we get Grace again!More infoBaladePrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• East Village•4.7

- JJeffNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined on Aug 29, 2024Friends recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Went on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend so everyone was out of town and it was nice and quiet. Our waiters were terrific, we weren’t rushed at all and spent 2.5 hours with our group. I had the octopus main and it’s top 3 I’ve ever had. Would def go back!More infoLaila Restaurant And LoungePrice: Moderate• Middle Eastern• Pleasant Plains•4.7
