The restaurant was very busy but all of the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We were seated before our reservation time and our orders were taken and delivered promptly. Both of us had chicken burritos and they were delicious. The cornbread is insanely delicious. Try the corn pudding for a real taste sensation. even the grilled salmon was a standout. Nice service. Some of us had hard hard time reading the menus with low lights but was managed somehow. They also commented on how great the food and service were this evening. Btw, the short rib machaca is a must try; very delicious! The margaritas were of good quality and enjoyable. The restaurant was energetic and made our dinner time fun. So far haven’t been disappointed in several visits to Blanco.
