Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Donelson

One of the most fantastic dining experiences in a long time from one of Nashville's best value--and consistently best--restaurants. Service you would expect from three Michelin stars, including a surprise averno at meal's end, beautifully fresh and delicious foods of the Levant, and a room that feels like you've discovered a mystery. It's been too long since I laughed this much, enjoyed this much, and savored this much. I'll be back. Again and again.

Delicious food in an adorable atmosphere. The decorations are beautiful, and the whole restaurant feels cozy but modern for dinner. The waiter did a great job explaining the menu, and helped us decide on small plates to share. The cauliflower and the meatballs were AMAZING. We split the chicken and steak skewers for entrees and there was plenty of food left to take home. The boards they come out on are cool, and full of delicious side snacks and yummy sauces. Great dinner spot, will highly recommend and definitely return.

Good but could have been better. I think they need to change up menu. Or offer specials. It’s been the same for a long time. Dessert was fantastic!

I’ve been a loyal patron at Yolan for dinner for quite some time now. Needless to say, it is excellent. I knew the brunch experience at Cafe Yolan would not disappoint, but it actually exceeded my expectations. Everything from start to finish was perfection. The staff was extremely attentive today, going out of their way to have personal conversations and provide 5-star service, and the food was chef’s kiss. We had the pumpkin pie French toast (a must!), the short rib hash, the Nashville hot chicken Benedict, and the applewood bacon (possibly the best bacon I’ve ever tasted?!) Not a single dish was a miss. And the cherry on top was our incredible server Jenna gifting us one of their Chai scones to go… could have eaten ten! Yolan never disappoints. It was already a staple for dinner, but is now at the top of my list for brunch spots in town.
