From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tatianna, the hostess, who not only made us feel at home but also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots to explore during our visit to Quebec. Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. Unbelievably good food and such kind, attentive service. We went early for family dinner, but it was getting busy and very festive as we left. Highly recommend!

We went to Pangea for my sister's bachelorette. I had booked the Bistro for dinner, but we were seated in the supper club, which had a different menu (still plenty of options, but more expensive). The food and beverage service was very slow (we were seated at 2100 and we didn't eat until 2245). Some of the food was quite good (oysters, sea bass, cauliflower), but other food received some negative feedback from the group (steak). The vibe in the supper club was very fun with a DJ and live entertainment, so overall it was a good experience, but there are definitely some kinks they need to work out.
