The beet salad was a symphony of flavors, while the pan-seared short rib was cooked to perfection. And the dessert? The pan-fried cookie with ice cream was an absolute indulgence, gooey and delicious. The wine selection was extensive and impressive, with knowledgeable sommeliers providing invaluable guidance. This restaurant, staff and food was beyond our expectations. We decided on the tasting menu with the classic wine pairing. Every dish and wine was wonderful. The staff was considerate, accommodating and willing to make our evening at their restaurant memorable. If you have the opportunity to have dinner in London, this would be an unforgettable evening.
