We are frequent diners at Milos, London. On this occasion, we went for the grilled lobster as a main, enjoying the courgette flowers to start. A glass of an excellent Greek sparkling wine and another of a fine Assyrtiko enhanced the excellent meal. This restaurant puts a huge emphasis on customer service. There are always sufficient staff members to run the establishment efficiently. Moreover all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and fully knowledgeable where the menu or the wine list are concerned. A feature of the restaurant is the amazing display of fish and seafood, and don't worry if you can't recognise all the different fish, there is always someone close by to enlighten you. Well worth a visit, but you'll always want to return.

Despite a queue at the entrance, the attentive staff promptly acknowledged our arrival and ensured we were seated within five minutes. As soon as we settled in, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water, setting the tone for the level of attentiveness throughout the evening. Anna took the time to walk us through the menu, providing clear explanations that helped us navigate the options with ease. Nikos, who took our order, was an absolute standout. His attentiveness and thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He ensured that each course, from starters to dessert, was delivered seamlessly, checking in regularly to make sure we were well taken care of and fully satisfied. The service at Bacchanalia truly elevated our meal, making for a memorable and enjoyable evening. This was our first time at Imad's. We arrived earlier than our booking, and we were warmly welcomed, and seated at the bar until our table was ready. My partner and I shared the sarnoaa and a shish tawook, which were both delicious. I had the pale ale which was really tasty. We had a dip for starter, which was also delicious, but we regretted it as the main course was very generous. The only minor problem is that the place is so popular and vibrant that it we had to speak really loudly to be heard! Would definitely go again.

One of the pricier joints in the city, but unlike some places - here you paid for quality. The service was friendly, relaxed and helpful - something you *sometimes* don't get in higher end restaurants . The food was delicious, we all had pasta, and the waiters are willing to alter recipe's depending on what you like- for example a member of our party didn't like chilli's, so the waiter simply offered to make it without. The craft Italian cocktails was a newly uncovered gem, unexpected to find in Mayfair, and the atmosphere inside was delightful.
