- AAmberDenver / Colorado •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWe were looking for a gluten free place to go with some friends that one has celiacs. After reading the reviews we were hopeful that the restaurant had the correct protocols, despite an early review about a mistake. The restaurant had been open a year and a half now and they did wonderful in handling the gluten free food. We all enjoyed our meals greatly. Our waitress Sam was really great. Helped my kids find what drink to order, talked us through ordering. And everything was really good. I really enjoyed that they give you the cheese in a dollop and you can mix it in yourself to your desired amount. My kids couldn't decide on dessert to share so they each asked for and the restaurant happily accommodated a scoop of vanilla gelato. Definitely coming back and we will ask for Sam again!More infoOliver's ItalianPrice: Expensive• Italian• Tech Center / Greenwood Village•4.6

- CChadDenver / Colorado •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOverall great food and ambiance. Service was a little slow. Food is very good but also rich and unique so with tapas style dining there was bound to be some flavors we didn't like but that doesn't necessarily mean anything was bad. This place always has delicious, well presented food and a location, ambiance and view that can't be beat.More infoEl FivePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Highlands•4.7
- CClydeDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe experienced a Valentine's Day dinner at AMBLI DTC. In short, amazing! Doug, the manager, was our server and I can't imagine how he could've made our visit better. From his knowledge of the drink/wine paring to the pace at which our courses were served, he was amazing. The others involved with bringing the food, keeping drinks/water full, crumbing the table, and resetting between courses were also fantastic. We always enjoy being greeted by Jimmy when we enter and appreciate him stopping by our table to inquire our experience. Chef's food preparation, presentation, and sequencing was very well thought out. The dishes certainly complimented each other and attention to detail was obvious. Experiencing the food, as Chef intended, was a delight to the palette. We've been to this restaurant a number of times and it's always a spectacular culinary and service experience. Every visit is a reminder to what the culinary world should be and, personally, revives my respect and appreciation the experience the front and back of house do to create a more than memorable experience for the patron. Can't wait to return!More infoAmbli DTCPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Tech Center / Greenwood Village•4.9
