Best Mediterranean Restaurants in North Charlotte

As always, Dolce Ristorante delivers. The food, the atmosphere, the service. It is a fantastic, local, family-oriented Italian restaurant.

This was a special dinner with my family in town, so we wanted to take them to one of our favorite restaurants. Our server Cindy was so kind, personable, and attentive! She truly made the whole experience so special. All of the food was delicious, especially the Moroccan pie and the beef cheeks, and it arrived promptly -- we were never kept waiting. The intimate atmosphere and elegant decor of Mariposa are two of the biggest draws for us. We'll be back the next time we feel like getting fancy and celebrating.

The food was good and surprisingly they had vegetarian options. The service was fantastic! The server made great recommendations and even went out of his way to provide a dessert combination that wasn't even on the menu. I will return!

This is a great place to go for good service and a quiet ambience. The entrees are reasonably priced - however, while we liked almost everything, it also felt a bit like "nothing special". But nonetheless, I think it's still a good place to go for upscale food especially when you want to be able to hear and talk to everyone at the table.
