Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Bensalem

Went with three friends for "Friendsgiving" and the food was exceptional! Were wowed with each of the five family-style courses that arrived. Standouts: 1) burratta, baby artichoke, sesame, warm caper vinaigrette, 2) sun-dried tomato panzanella 3) grilled dorade with sorrel pesto and tapenade 4) eggplant bonifacio with garlic breadcrumbs and tomme 5) pumpkin cake with citrus mascarpone and butternut squash marmalade. Cocktails were outstanding too. Service was warm, friendly, and knowledgable. Atmosphere was lovely and want the hotel bar to be a regular place to meet friends. Service, food, and price point were all excellent. Portions were perfect. Age range at our table was 8 to 72 and everyone was happy!!!!

Good food and good value for a pre-theater dinner. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. General commentary for most wait staff these days and a pet peeve of mine- like many others says “are we” when asking “we diners” a question. Not sure who instructed wait staff to say “we” instead of “you” but it’s incorrect. They are not at table with “us.” Endeavoring to Include themselves in the diner’s experience is overly familiar, incorrect and at times condescending. Nonetheless, They work hard. Tip well!
