- AADAMLondon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe went to Gaucho in Covent Garden for my son's 18th Birthday last Saturday night. We booked in advance and our table was downstairs. It is ENERGETIC, with a DJ, pulsing music and the dinner was accompanied by a team of tango dancers in true Argentinian fashion. It was huge fun and the dancers were spectacular. The other diners seemed to love it, and we certainly did. We opted for starters and steaks, with a glass of champagne and a good Argentinian Malbec. The food was excellent, the fillet steak being just perfectly cooked. Sides were generous and really a good accompaniment. Above all, our waiter, Luca, was just a perfect gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. He was wonderful and very kind. I'd arranged before for some kind of cake to be given to my son, but Luca and the team prepared a special apple crumble - my son's favourite desert. It capped off a terrific evening. I very much recommend Gaucho for a wonderful, fun, noisy Saturday night. The DJ was great but the music is kind of loud. So be prepared to have to shout a bit when the tunes start to flow. But if tango and music and good food is your thing, you've a treat in store.More infoGaucho - Covent GardenPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Covent Garden•4.2
- MMaryvipBirmingham/West Midlands (county) •7 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 11, 2024Superb place. We went for early pre-theatre food and drinks. It was spot on. The staff are so friendly and professional. Food was gorgeous. We had the padron peppers and the tacos which were amazing. Will definitely be back.More infoSide Hustle at The NoMadPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Covent Garden•4.8
- OoreveroLondon •17 reviews4.0Dined on May 30, 2024The place is truly tiny and when we arrived the music was loud and the playlist not the best as background for a nice evening with friends. The staff were attentive and when we asked to out the volume down, they did. The food was delicious! All was very fresh and tasty. Not a broad Peruvia experience but the ceciche is very good. The pisco sour is nice but not the best I e had. I'd happily go back though, and hopefully therell be good weather to sit outside and enjoy a more comfortable ambience.More infoCrudo ShoreditchPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Old Street•4.3
