- DDianaVIPCleveland / Akron / Canton •11 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHad an excellent time! We sat in the atrium by the Ritz-Carlton, very beautiful/historic. Service was great, attentive but not rushed. RJ did an excellent job w/recommendations. Tried a new red wine (great selection of central/south American wines). The hot chihuahua cheese app was delish! I had the Asian tacos & hubby had the chicken tinga. Even the bathrooms were cool!More infoAlma Cocina - DowntownPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Downtown•4.8

- AAdrionnaAtlanta Metro •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoRecently, I had the pleasure of dining at Chichiria Mexican Kitchen, located in the vibrant Chattahoochee FoodWorks Plaza on the Upper West Side of Atlanta, Georgia. I visited with a friend to celebrate his birthday, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name because she truly added to the experience. She was attentive without being overbearing and impressively knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. We started with esquites, chips and salsa, and queso as appetizers, and every bite was incredible. The chips arrived warm and perfectly seasoned, complementing the fresh and flavorful dips. The quality of the ingredients really stood out. It was clear that everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. Another bonus was the health-conscious focus of the menu, with many vegan and gluten-free options available. While we hadn’t realized this before visiting, it was a welcome and appreciated surprise. For drinks, we both had the blackberry margaritas, and I can confidently say they were some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, with no overpowering syrupy sweetness. It was clear that high-quality ingredients went into every sip. Our entrees were equally impressive. I had the chicken enchiladas served with a delicious blue corn tortilla, while my friend had the fajitas. The chicken was perfectly cooked juicy and flavorful and the vegetables tasted incredibly fresh, as though they’d been sourced directly from a local farm. Every bite felt like it was crafted with precision and care. Overall, this dining experience was a 10/10. From the fresh, flavorful food to the thoughtful service and health-conscious menu options, everything about Chichiria Mexican Kitchen was amazing. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!More infoChicheria Mexican Kitchen - WestsidePrice: Moderate• Mexican• Underwood Hills•4.2
- OOliverVIPAtlanta Metro •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMadre Selva is a stunning culinary experience—a perfect blend of traditional Peruvian flavors with exciting, creative twists. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the ambiance and exceptional service. We started with the causa limeña, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The lomo saltado and jaleo were executed perfectly, bursting with authentic flavors. For drinks, the chilcano, Peruvian Amazon cocktail, and Andean cocktail with chicha were all standouts—each uniquely flavorful and crafted with care. The pisco sour was good but didn’t quite match the rich, thick texture I remembered from Peru—(To be fair, my bar for pisco sours is sky-high after so many in Peru!) Still, it was a solid effort. What truly set the experience apart was how the staff celebrated our recent engagement. They surprised us with complimentary champagne, a heartfelt postcard, and even a Polaroid photo to commemorate the occasion. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special for us. I can’t wait to come back to explore more of the ceviche bar and try other dishes. Madre Selva is a must-visit for anyone who loves Peruvian cuisine or simply enjoys phenomenal food and service. Highly recommend, specially being born in Peru and living in Atlanta!More infoMadre SelvaPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Buckhead•4.7
