Best Japanese Restaurants in Villas on Travis

We loved the food and atmosphere! We sat outside. Service was fantastic and food was great! We shared sushi and rolls and got a few apps.

We make a reservation every year for Christmas Eve and we always have the best meal and the service is always phenomenal. We sit in the high tops by the bar so really can’t comment on noise level. We have several food allergies / intolerances and the staff is always incredibly diligent and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Another exquisite visit to Uchi. The service was fabulous from the moment we walked in. We let our server Jessica give us some guidance on our menu for the evening, and her recommendations did not disappoint. The sake tom kha was delicious, with a flavor packed tom kha reduction. We also had an ocean trout nigiri on special that was so delicious, we ordered seconds. We’ll be back!

Overall, as usual, another fantastic addition to the Uchi family of restaurants. Outstanding. The food, the service, the menu - impeccable. The one thing that I found surprising was (IMO) the lack luster of the ambiance. I have always loved the aesthetics of his restaurants - this one fell flat to me. Our server, Anthony, was fabulous! I’m partial to Uchi and Uchiko.
