    I recently dined at KUON SUSHI SEI and was blown away by the quality+service. Ingredients were incredibly fresh, but the real stars were the sushi rice and soy sauce. The rice, sourced directly from Japan, had a wonderful texture and subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the fish. Their house-made soy sauce was the perfect umami bomb, enhancing each bite without being too salty.     Amazing experience. The chef was full of character and had lots of fun with the diners and explained the courses well. The service was great and the food was delicious. The wine pairing was a bit too much on the sweet side for my liking but was nice to taste a range of different sakes.
