We ordered Omakase nigiri’s sushi which were such a great combination and delicious,Red tuna ,salmon ,white tuna ,hamachi, sea bass, saba and scallop. Also rainbow roll was so delicious too. Miso soup Iriko fish based dashi was used . Shiitake mushrooms were fantastic and Tataki beef was great too. Unfortunately Shrimp tempuras were just like coming out from the ordinary house kitchen … I expected to eat more crispy tempura.

Food and service was excellent! The oysters were highly recommended as an appetizer- the ones made with maple and jalapeño and miso gratin were the best! Grilled octopus was also delicious! For entrees, we had halibut (fish of the day), salmon and the black linguine-portions were just right and was some of the best seafood I had. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait to go back when in Montreal again.
