Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Maria. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from her warm welcome to her impeccable attention to detail. Extraordinary things happen when actions and values align. This small, vibrant space served up subtle, sophisticated, mysteriously aromatic food, simply presented but described in detail by every person who came to our table. Crazy good food, pricey but reflective of its value-driven founders.

I absolutely love PaperFish! I’ve gone for a little over 3 years and the food has only gotten better. The salmon crispy rice is my favorite, always go for 4 pieces. We got the Salmon furai roll and Ebi Katsu roll, everything was really fresh and tasty. No dessert because honestly nothing caught our eye but all in all, 20/10 experience.

Very nice lively location, very good service. Food was very good, short but well balanced menu. Desserts were excellent. Prices in the high side, not an everyday outing unless money is not a concern. Very good experience overall.

I absolutely love that place! Every time I visit Miami, I make it a point to dine there. I enjoyed an amazing Cosmopolitan while waiting for my table and always relish sitting on the terrace.
