From start to finish, this was a really wonderful experience. We arrived early and had drinks at the bar. The greeting staff and the bartender made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The atmosphere here was impressive. The high ceilings, lovely bar and modern but comfortable decor created a warm feeling. We were seated on time for dinner and found the menu to have so many excellent choices that we struggled to decide what to order. We had the seafood tower and added lobster and it was just amazing. They serve a house made focaccia bread that is perfect. Our server was friendly and warm and charming and told us about the specials and gave us time to decide and to talk and answered all of my questions about portion size and how many sides to order. The langoustine special was incredible, my fish dish was perfect. Everyone loved their food and the portions were very generous and perfectly prepared. Throughout the evening bussers filled water glasses and removed plates and were so inobtrusive we hardly noticed when they had come by. We never felt rushed and were never in a position to "look" for our server. I should mention that our initial reservation was for three people and when two more people asked to come, I called the restaurant having no expectation of success on short notice but was able to make the reservation for 5 with an insignificant time change. This type of accommodation and consideration is uncommon and was greatly appreciated. The bathrooms are just beyond what I expected, beautiful and modern with electronic toilets with heated seats. The attention to details regarding decor service and food made this restaurant a truly exceptional experience. We all decided we would like to return and try more of the menu options.

It would have been perfect but done couple had very young kids jumping in stools at sushi bar yelling nonstop and literally coughing over the food they were prepping. Was shocked no one said or did anything.

We enjoyed our time at Odo in the lounge area which is basically a wide sushi bar in a lovely private room that was once a speakeasy. Fun! The service was relaxed, professional and precise. Each course of food was well plated and very tasty. Truly elevated “bar bites” in the Japanese way is one way they could be described. The premier sake flight consisting of three distinct varieties was lovely. I highly recommend Odo, but do realize it is a rather expensive venue. There is also formal sit down dining in two additional rooms.
