The problem we had is that on both occasions there was more than one person taking care of our table. This meant that we didn’t have our drink order until after we had finished our first two courses. In addition, the first time we were there, the pacing was off on the delivery of the food courses which meant a 40 minute wait between courses at one point. We had to leave before the meal was finished even though we had been there 2 hours and 40 minutes. We chose to sit at the counter the second time we went, and had no problem with the food pacing, but the drinks were definitely neglected and the timing of taking the drink orders and their subsequent delivery was badly off. For a restaurant that offers fine dining, the overall experience level is low for meal enjoyment, in spite of the fact that the food is very good, due to these pacing and service issues.
