I had the same name as another customer at the same time we both ordered our drinks and when our name was called we both went up but she had claimed all the drinks on the counter so I continued to wait for my order thinking it was still being made. However, 25 mins had gone by and everyone long after me had gotten their drinks so I approached the team to inquire and they had claimed they called my name and drink already but I told them what had happened. They were kind enough to remake my drink but after 30 mins of waiting and staff not checking in as i’m standing there for quite a long time at the counter was a little disappointing as I am a frequent customer. Hopefully this will encourage a better pickup system so a situation like this won’t happen again.
