Best Japanese Restaurants in Dunedin

We had a reservation for 6 and although they were very busy, we were seated within 10 minuets of our reservation time. The service was excellent, and our chef was a hoot. I had the sirloin & scallops and both were outstanding. Be ready for a big dinner. Soup, salad, fried rice, stir fried noodles, stir fried veggies and a generous portion of meat. Everyone in my party was very happy with their meal and we took a lot of leftovers home. Because of the format and high ceilings, it's kinda noisy - but that's part of the ambiance of the place. It's a tad pricey, but overall, a good value, you get what you pay for.

What a fantastic experience at The JW Marriott restaurant The Deep End! From the moment we were greeted, until Gigi came to provide us with expert service, until we retrieved the car from Zach at the valet, our experience was first tier! The food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Seafood Platter (for 4) and the charred edamame. We completed our meal with espresso martinis and two desserts to share. We could not stop raving!

Very busy! We were seated in a reasonable time. Lorena took excellent care of us! I am not nice when service is substandard and I was amazed with the food taste and quality, but the service was fantastic! Manager David came by to check and he happened to be the gentleman that made my drinks at a crowded bar. It was really an amazing night. I cannot believe how good it all was in a touristy spot. We live in Tampa and were celebrating our anniversary! Will be back again but no way can it be better than this night. Thank you Morena! A true delight!

Food excellent. I. Have been tired of area beach food so nice to have a good dinner. First good key lime pie since have been in Florida. Nice vie of beach. All finer restaurants prices are high so can’t do it often any more.

Sushi boat was great! I think they should change the name to “near the beach” instead of “on the beach” which is misleading.
