Thor is our go to place to celebrate a holiday. Happy is the best but still a great value if you can’t get in before 6. Note: they can make off menu rolls so if you don’t see it on the menu, ask your server.

Absolutely outstanding delicious cuisine! Definitely pricey, but the quality makes it worth it for the rare adventure of a dining experience. The ten course meal, I was told on my first time here some years ago, is the way to do this and it did not disappoint on the second occasion. The lobster bisque was rich and decadent, the sushi was crisp and flavorful, the meal was well paced for a pleasant time of enjoying company, atmosphere and food served with care for ingredients.

Matsuhisa is a refreshing experience in Denver. Service was fantastic, everyone seemed genuinely excited to meet us and be a part of the team. The food was amazing, and the head waitress did an impeccable job guiding us through the large menu. Little pricey but definitely got more for the price. Can’t wait to go again and give it the highest recommendation!!
