- JjolisaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoOur server was super nice and super knowledgeable. She helped guide my daughter's friends who had never been there what the most popular items were and she was so patient. Thank to entire staff for making her 18th Birthday special. The host was very sweet when I called to let you know my uber was running behind and she was also really accommodating. Just hats off to the staff and I can't wait to join you for dinner again. - KKathleenCleveland / Akron / Canton •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI took my husband here for his birthday. It was very pretty inside but really loud. The music was too much and it felt a little overwhelming to have an intimate dinner. However, the food and service were absolutely impeccable. First of all, I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful as I navigated the menu. We ordered the gluten free bread service which was so delicious. Then, the martini salad, which the server split for us, hubby's had cheese, mine without. Hubby ordered Lasagna. He said it may have been the best Lasagna he had ever eaten. I ordered the chicken picatta with a side of gluten free pasta with arrabiatta sauce. Let me tell you, these two dishes were absolutely to die for. Their gluten free pasta is some sort of magic. It is tender and so close to normal pasta you'll think they're lying! We finished with the gluten free pistachio cake and the creme Brule for hubby. Both were extremely good. Overall, this is one of the best dining experiences I've had with my dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend.More infoMartini Modern ItalianPrice: Expensive• Italian• Short North - Arena District•4.8
