If you have ever travelled to Italy, this is the closest thing to authentic Italian. Everything we ordered was amazing and would order again! The meatballs were so tender and the chicken parmigiana was top notch. Would eat there regularly if we lived here. People and food were wonderful!

Visiting PA from NM and found this gem on Open Table. Three diners, two different glasses of wine and an Old Fansioned started our adventure. Treated ourselves to the Brussels sprouts and they were outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Sara(h) our server sold us on the nighty special of a Prime Rib Stroganoff. We also settled on Rigatoni and another pasta dish with pulled chicken topped with a poached egg. All three entrees were very good and I would recommend them. Bread came with the meal and the rolls were warm, and soft. All in all, DeBlaze at 131 was a fantastic evening out. Shout out to Sara(h) our super friendly and attentive server.

Every dish of the Feast of the Seven Fishes was exceptional. Chef was superb. Staff was superb. Waiter was superb. Bartender that prepared our Old Fashion Bourbon was the best of the best. We genuinely hope that everyone has the best of holidays.
