Consistently, the food, service, and overall dining experience are excellent. On this particular occasion, there were three of celebrating a birthday. From start to finish, the service could not have been better — efficient, friendly, and helpful. All three of us had the special Branzino dish, and each had a different salad or appetizer. The dishes all exceeded our high expectations. We could not stay for dessert, but purchased a pint of the Desire gelato for consumption at home. We never felt like the staff hovered over us but were present when needed. Any questions we had about the menu, specials, or general were answered. One appetizer, the fried calamari, was neither crisp nor hot, so we hope they can bring it out of the kitchen quicker. The four main courses including the fish special demonstrated an excellent chef. All of the deserts were Diner quality and need to be reimagined. Cold crème brûlée?
