Overall great food and nice service. There are just a few things that could elevate the experience: the glassware is basic and the flatware is not for a high end restaurant looked like the cutlery at Denny's! The napkins could use an upgrade and maybe be monogrammed like in Hell's Kitchen.

Simply lovely experience from beginning to end. I ordered the four course Anniversary menu plus the wine pairing and every bite was outstanding. The crab arrancini was delicious, but the crab wasn't pronounced. The lemon spaghetti was divine. This has been one of Giada's signature dishes and it shows. Bronzino was also exceptional with the roasted fennel and tomato's playing nicely with a perfectly cooked fish. Tiramisu was equally great! The service was impeccable from beginning to end. With great attention to detail, appropriate suggestions, and a good sense of humor. Watch out for the pepper grinder! It is a weapon. Value and atmosphere also quite good for what you expect in Vegas. The location is amazing -- it can be a little loud with the honking of street traffic (exacerbated by Formula One tear down).

Carmines is always great value and the momma’s in the kitchen authentic Italian i food is delicious. Huge servings!! Love the place

La Strega is the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. The rigatone bolognese we had during our most recent visit was as good as ever, and the two new menu dishes we ordered - - troffie alla vodka sauce and chicken cacciatore - - were phenomenal. We can't wait to return.

A great date night at anima by Edo everything was perfection don’t miss on a tasting menu and make sure your add the octopus dish it was so delicious . This place feel like you eating a Michelin star dinner at a resonnable price and the service was immaculate the team is so friendly and the owner as well . We will make sure we will try the 2 other spots their have. Thank you for the amazing experience
